I'm sorry to announce that it looks like this campaign was (deliberately?) manipulated by someone. TLDR: somebody pledged 3/4 of the campaign funds and that amount failed to collect, leaving the campaign only partially funded (less than $4,000 instead of almost $12,000).
As I don't want to end up under-delivering (this is a complex project, after all) in a much reduced timeframe filled with more interruptions, I'm planning to issue refunds on or around Monday, June 23rd. I will still continue working on Gitchain as a hobby project.
There's one exception to the refund procedure. If you're still willing to contribute funds towards Gitchain development, please send me a Kickstarter message (not email) saying you want to contribute the funds you pledges, and you understand the much increased risks of late delivery.This has to be done prior to Monday, Jun 23rd.
Again, thank you all for your support! It's amazing to have over 100 people supporting this project.
